What are the new arrivals in stores?
It’s normal, you want to know the new products that have just been bought in our stores. But the arrival is daily at O’CD with the buy-sell exchange. For a precise search go to the home page and type your request in the search bar.
If you like to have surprises, you will have to make regular trips to the store.
Do you have that particular title in store?
Stocks are constantly changing with the daily buy-sell exchange.
The store, if you contact them directly, is able to inform you about their stock, as they live the product on a daily basis, but you can also simply use the search bar at the top of the page.
Can you make a buy-back estimate for my products if I send you a list?
Unfortunately not. Associates who buy from O’CD need to see the status of your products, and then estimate based on supply and demand as well as the stock already in the store on the day you come in.
How do I sell CDs, DVDs, Blu-ray, Vinyl or Video Games at O’CD?
It’s very easy, you just have to go to the store with your products and your ID card. You will be given an estimate and you can be paid cash or have an exchange amount to take something back in the store.
Does O’CD accept the culture cheque book?
No, we are sorry, but our store does not accept this method of payment.
What type of area does O’CD buy DVD / Blu-Ray from?
O’CD does not accept DVD / Blu-Ray zone 1, only zone 2 and zone 0 (music DVDs).
Can we order items that are not in stock in the store?
Yes it is possible for almost everything (except for collectors and other rare products). Please inquire directly in store or use the search bar at the top of the page.
Does O’CD buy game consoles, DVD / Blu-ray players?
No, O’CD focuses on CD, vinyl, DVD, Blu-Ray and video game media.
Can you contact me when you have found the item I am looking for?
Yes, just drop by the store and let us know what you are looking for. This is done on the spot and not via the Internet.
Can we buy gift vouchers?
Of course you can. They are worth 10CHF and are valid for 1 year.
What does the O’CD loyalty card bring ?
It’s a vintage style card that works with a stamp. When you have 12 stamps, you earn 10CHF to spend as you wish on cd, vinyl, dvd, blu-ray and video games.
Do students get a special discount at O’CD?
Yes, they get 10% on all their purchases all year long on presentation of their valid student card. However, this promotion cannot be cumulated with other promotions and with the loyalty card.
